To respect other clients and your beauty therapist please give 48 hours notice.
While we will always try to accommodate your treatments. Late arrivals may mean a reduction in your treatment time due to other scheduled bookings.
While they are a necessary part of living, mobile phones are not permitted in any of our treatment rooms. Please be considerate of other guests.
We encourage you to switch your phone to silent or meeting mode
We provide disposable underwear for your therapy and our therapist will advise you on their usage.
During sessions where clothing removal is required for treatment, our therapists are fully trained in the art of draping to protect your total privacy at all times.

Gift vouchers are fully redeemable on all treatments, please bring along your gift voucher to your visit.
Important note, gift vouchers are not transferable for cash.

To maximise results, it is recommend hair removal is undertaken (wax or shave) the day before your tan. Thoroughly exfoliate your body paying special attention to any dry areas like knees and elbows. Do not wear body moisturiser or deodorant to your tanning appointment and please wear loose dark clothing.
